Babies hear the word NO at least 2,000 times before they are Three years old.
Young adults think the word NO is attached to authority they have no intention of heeding.
A certain range of adults fail to say no to hyped up sales offers.
Somewhere between young adults and maturity, the grey cells took a wrong turn.
Any ideas why?
